Most of what I make ends up deployed on infrastructure I maintain myself — a Hetzner server, a Proxmox cluster, and Cloudflare's edge. Movie databases, card games, billing portals, uptime monitoring. The interesting part isn't shipping it once; it's keeping it up afterwards.
